Mike Vencel serves as President of the Board of Trustees for STEAMpark, INC. He has a 28-year background in information technology, and currently serves as Executive Vice President at Comport Technology and Healthcare Solutions, based in Ramsey, NJ. There, he is responsible for leading Comport’s strategy, sales, operations, marketing and technology teams. Mike began his career as a Senior Analyst at Accenture, leading system integration projects at Fortune 100 healthcare companies and government agencies. He later joined Infinite Technology Group where he developed and sold complex professional and managed services solutions focusing on financial and dot-com industries. Mike sits on several executive technology company advisory councils, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Veeam. Mike graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Finance.

Colleen Curtis 


Colleen Curtis is the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Social Media in the office of Governor Andrew M Cuomo. Ms. Curtis has extensive communications and marketing experience in the media, government and entertainment industries. More recently, she served as Senior Vice President for Consumer, Social and Digital Publicity at Starz Entertainment and the Director of Digital Content at the Executive Office of the President under President Obama where she managed oversight and content for multiple online platforms. Ms. Curtis previously served as Editorial Director of Women’s & Lifestyle Programming at AOL, where she launched 15 websites that reached more than 20 million Americans each month. In addition, Curtis has held numerous leadership roles in media in the United States and overseas, including senior editorial positions at ABC’s Good Morning America, the New York Daily News, and the National Post. Ms. Curtis studied journalism at Boston University’s College of Communications and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. 

Matthew Cohen, Esq


Matthew Cohen initially joined STEAMpark, INC as the President of its original Advisory Board in 2017. He now serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees for STEAMpark, INC. He is the CEO of Two Rivers Title Company, LLC, a multi-state title and escrow company based in Little Silver, NJ. Matthew is also a partner in the Law Offices of Cohen & Howard, LLP, a boutique law practice dedicated to providing legal services to the out-of-network medical community. He serves as a Consultor for the New Jersey State Bar Association, advising on proposed or pending legislation concerning Real Property Trusts and Estates. He is a frequent lecturer for the NJSBA, NJ ICLE. Matthew is currently a Trustee for the Monmouth County Bar Association. He is also a new Trustee for the Monmouth Conservation Foundation. He received his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University- New Brunswick and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law- Newark.

Dyese Davis

Dyese Davis is a member of the Board of Trustees for STEAMpark, INC., Co-Chair of the Governance Committee, and an advisor to the STEAMpark Teen Board. She currently works for the District 11 Legislative Office as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Assembly Members. Prior to her role as Deputy Chief of Staff, she has also served as Constituent Services Director and Event Planner.  She has a passion for giving back and serves as a member to several other boards in Monmouth County, including the Affordable Housing Alliance and the Neptune Township Planning Board. Dyese graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.


Beth Cameron joined the Board of Trustees for STEAMpark in August 2019. She graduated from University of Rhode Island with a B.A. in Education and Psychology. Her path took a turn when she realized her true passion was in Aviation. She continued her education in Florida obtaining all her ratings to become a Commercial Airline Pilot. Currently in her 11th Year at United Airlines and flying Boeing 777’s, her flexible schedule gives her the freedom to work in the communities and share her passion for flight. Besides STEAMpark, Beth is also working with AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association) to put the “You Can Fly” initiative into High Schools across NJ. This is a Freshman to Senior STEM Curriculum involving aviation and drone flying. 

Kelly Josberger


Kelly Josberger serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees for STEAMpark, INC. With a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.A.Ed. in Administration and Supervision, she began her 28-year career in the Toms River NJ School District by teaching fourth grade, sixth grade, and the Omni Gifted and Talented Program at Walnut Street Elementary School. She was a Summer Media Specialist for the Washington Elementary School for 8 years and their District Coordinator for 5 years. She was the Supervisor of Instruction then Principal of Beachwood Elementary School, where she served for 9 years. As an educator, she received numerous awards and led her staff on ground-breaking projects and initiatives geared towards developing better learners. She was a member the New Jersey Association of Gifted Children and the Toms River Administration and Supervisory Council since 2008, where she served as both Secretary of the Council and Scholarship Committee Chair. Three years ago, Kelly took a different path: she became an entrepreneur and business owner. With partners, she founded Stumpy’s Hatchet House, a social gathering place for adults. Since it first opened its doors April 2016 in Eatontown NJ, Stumpy’s has expanded into more than 30 franchised locations across the United States. But Kelly’s first love is helping children, so she’s happy to be a part of STEAMpark, INC.


Marta Young was one of STEAMpark’s first advisors/collaborators in 2017. After graduating from The College of Wooster with a BA in geology and earning a teaching certificate, she taught various levels of math and science on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona, and in Ohio and Puerto Rico. She was a science curriculum writer for Native American high schools and wrote curriculum and started numerous courses in all of the schools she taught. She then switched careers and worked for Parsons, Inc. as an environmental geologist and Project Manager for small and multimillion dollar Super Fund sites. Recently, she has raised money, built wells and educated children at a school and orphanage in the Dominican Republic. She is very active at Tower Hill Presbyterian Church in Red Bank, NJ, where she has served as Moderator of Deacons and for several years has been head chef for various youth programs, including Vacation Bible School. Locally, she has served on a community board, helped organized the Free Farmers Market in Red Bank, NJ, and helped in the massive cleanup of historical African American Cedar Hill Cemetery, Lincroft, NJ. She was a Girl Scout Troop leader and several years organized the Blue & Gold Ceremonies with Boy Scouts in Monmouth County, NJ. Her Master’s is from Wright State University, Master of Science in Teaching (MST).


As a founding member of STEAMpark, INC’s Board of Trustees, Steve Goldberg currently serves as Board Treasurer. For the last 21 years, Steve has served as the Accounting Manager at Breeze-Eastern, based in Whippany, NJ, which manufactures Helicopter Hoist/Winch and Cargo Hooks for commercial and US Government contracts. He is responsible for Financial Analysis, General Accounting, Budgets, Cost Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable. Prior to that, he was a Financial Manager, Cost Accounting Supervisor and Accountant at Allied Signal Corporation (formerly Bendix Corporation- Guidance Systems Division) for 19 years in Teterboro, NJ. His responsibilities there included Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Budgets and Cost Accounting. This corporation was a Manufacturer of Guidance Systems for Spacecraft and Military Defense applications. Steve was a long-time baseball and softball coach for the Clark Little League and president of the Clark Youth Basketball League. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 42 Years, and is the proud father of a school teacher/coach and a CCU Registered Nurse.


Tom Santry recently joined the Board of Trustees for STEAMpark, INC in order to fulfill his desire to find ways to support educational opportunities for children in need. He has been a Land Surveyor in and around Monmouth County for 23 years. As a long time, philanthropist in New Jersey, he is very familiar with state and federal regulations for nonprofit organizations. He is a past Chairman of the Fair Haven Historic Preservation Commission and past Commodore of the Shrewsbury Yacht Club. He collaborated with TS Madson II on Madson, On New Jersey Real Property Boundary Law, published Jan 1991. He received his B.A. Degree from Villanova University.
